In France, he has led Nuclear Transport Solutions (NTS) as the President of INS France, managing stakeholder and contract management for significant client accounts. In the USA, Richard has managed projects with EDF Energy and Westinghouse in Pittsburgh, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. In Canada, he has collaborated with international teams to deliver complex projects and drive operational excellence.
